FAQ
Can I change my ticket date if my plans change?​
Tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same show at no additional cost, as long as seating is still available.

If I can't make it to a show, can I give my ticket to someone else?
Absolutely. Just let your guest know the name the tickets are reserved under, and they can let us know at the front desk when they arrive.

What happens if a performance is cancelled?
In the rare event of a cancellation, ticket holders will be contacted to exchange their tickets for another performance.

Do I have to pick all my days at once?
Yes, pick your dates and seats now, and if plans change, we've got you covered. Flex Pass holders may exchange tickets at no charge for another performance of the same show, as long as tickets are available.
To request an exchange, simply reach out at least one day before your performance. Email us at info@bigbritches.org (usually the fastest way to reach us) or give us a call and leave a message.
Please note: exchanges are valid for the same show as your original ticket, and are subject to availability.

Is there a deadline to purchase a flex pass?
No, there is no deadline; you can purchase a flex pass up to the day of a performance. However! We do recommend purchasing early for your best chance to pick the seats you want and prevent seeing a Sold Out notification on a date you wanted.
